Installing PHP into an Windows App Service Plan on Microsoft Azure

In this lecture students will learn how to install PHP in a Microsoft Azure App Service Plan for a Windows based hosting environment. PHP was retired as an App Service Plan option with a Windows hosting plan. This tutorial serves as a way to educate students on how to install PHP to a Windows App Service Plan and configure it properly.
